Workshops
As part of GoodBuild, we're developing a programme of practical workshops designed to build confidence share skills and increase access to hands-on learning within our community.
Our workshops will focus on practical construction, repair and DIY skills, helping people feel more capable maintaining their own homes and community spaces. The programme is rooted in our wider mission: reducing waste, increasing reuse, and creating pathways into green skills and employment.
Workshops are currently in development, with further details to be announced soon. Sessions will be suitable for beginners and those looking to build confidence in a supportive, informal environment.

DIY for Women
We know women remain unrepresented in construction and trade environments, with many reporting feeling excluded from traditional learning spaces. As part of our commitment to widening access to construction and practical skills, we're developing a dedicated DIY for Women workshop series.
DIY for women is designed to create a supportive, welcoming environment where participants can build practical skills and confidence at their own pace.
We hope these sessions not only teach specific skills and techniques, but also empower each participant with the knowledge and confidence to approach DIY independently.
These workshops are suitable for complete beginners, as well as those hoping to refresh or strengthen existing skills.
