Meet the Trustees
Our Board of Trustees bring oversight, strategy and support, helping us to keep our mission and values at the centre of everything as we grow

Lisa McCrone
Trustee - Chair of the Board
Lisa is an experienced environmental professional with over 25 years’ experience working across the public and third sectors to support Scotland’s transition to a more sustainable, circular economy. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Stirling and began her career working with local authorities to design and deliver recycling services, including a decade with Keep Scotland Beautiful. She has also worked within the energy sector, giving her a broad perspective on the systems and partnerships needed to deliver meaningful environmental change.
As Chair of the Board for Good Green Futures, Lisa is particularly passionate about the role of communities in creating lasting change. She is committed to supporting inclusive, practical action at a local level, and believes that empowering people, building strong partnerships, and taking a systems-based approach are key to achieving a more sustainable and resilient future.

Hazel Ritchie
Trustee
Hazel Ritchie is Operations Manager at Artlink Central, a Stirling-based arts charity dedicated to making creativity accessible to all. Her background spanning the global luxury textile industry brought a deep appreciation for how industries consume and discard materials at scale, making her connection to Good Green Futures a natural one.
Shared values and a commitment to keeping materials out of landfill unite her work across all her work. As a mother to two boys, sustainability is as much a kitchen table conversation as a professional one. That same drive shapes everything she brings to her role as Trustee.
Morag Sorbie
Trustee
Morag wears many hats in her day job at Transition Stirling, and she can usually be found somewhere on the shop floor composing one of her highly entertaining social media videos. With her passion for reuse and diverting goods from waste streams, becoming a trustee with Good Green Futures was a bit of a no brainer!

Kate Hamilton
Trustee
Kate has been the Project Manager of Stirling Reuse Hub since it's inception. Her superpower is the ability to pinpoint with millimetre accuracy where all the Hub’s many, many items may be located, and where the coffee is at ALL times.
She has a real drive to see communities become more resilient, and live more sustainable. Joining the Good Green Futures board was a natural fit, and has created a strong partnership between Good Green Futures and Transition Stirling.
Anne Lange
Trustee
Anne Lange is Co-Founder and Treasurer of Something Old Something New (SOSN), a charity set up to raise awareness of Parkinson’s by fund raising to find a cure and assist those currently living with the condition in the Forth Valley area.
Anne is passionate about sustainable practices, particularly reusing materials and protecting the environment. Given SOSN’s close collaborative relationship with Transition Stirling, she was keen to join the Good Green Futures board and work alongside others who share a strong commitment to the third sector and environmental sustainability.

Joe Hall
Trustee
Joe Hall is the founder and CEO of Creative Stirling; a place based, community led arts charity, supporting creative enterprise within the heart of the city though the organisation’s trading company, Made in Stirling CIC. She is also a trustee of the Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum and currently has an Honorary Professor of Arts & Humanities, from the University of Stirling. Joe is as passionate about both climate action and access to culture for all.
